SNK shipped Ver.3.3.2 for FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves on October 19, 2026, and the Tokyo Revengers collaboration leads the update. Manjiro “Mikey” Sano and Ken “Draken” Ryuguji are now fully playable characters, each with an individual Arcade Mode story, plus a dedicated crossover episode and a set of alternate costumes.

The duo joins the roster

SNK calls the pair “the ultimate duo” and introduces them with the line “The Tokyo Manji Gang steps into the world of Fatal Fury.” The new EOST collaboration story opens after Krauser kidnaps Rock. Kain and Terry set out to rescue him but are no match for Krauser’s new power; Draken stays to help the wounded Kain while Mikey rushes to Terry’s side, and the two newcomers vow to complete the rescue themselves.

The patch notes flag one limitation: Color Edit is not supported for Mikey and Draken. SNK does not say whether that restriction is temporary or permanent.

A solo time-attack mode

Boss Challenge Mode lands in the MISSIONS menu as a single-player fight against a high-difficulty CPU opponent, with a worldwide race for the fastest clear time and rewards that improve with faster finishes. The first boss is Nightmare Geese. Unlike a ranked match, where the opponent, character, connection, and habits change every time, Boss Challenge is a fixed target, so the run becomes a repeatable optimization loop. Players can study the boss’s patterns, test punishes, and chase faster clears without waiting in matchmaking, and the mode gives solo players a way to stay active next to the ranked ladder.

Switch 2 dates split across months

The Nintendo Switch 2 release is now dated: the digital version arrives October 22, 2026, and the physical edition follows on January 21, 2027. The paid “Classic Mai Shiranui” costume is included as a digital pre-order bonus and a physical early-adopter bonus. The gap means digital buyers can enter Ranked Match Phase 5 and the Boss Challenge leaderboard on day one, while physical buyers start roughly three months later. The notes do not state whether progression, leaderboards, or matchmaking carry across the two waves or across platforms, so that detail remains open.

Ranked Phase 5 and smaller fixes

Ranked Match Phase 5 begins with the update. Players at Legendary Wolf rank and above have their Legendary Rates reset based on their Phase 4 placement, with Garou rank as the target. Online matches gain a connection-based cancel option that works only during Round 1 and is limited to once per hour, and room matches now support spectating. The patch also fixes a frame-meter error after dashing, a crash in the South Town+ Just Defense rule, and a PC keyboard-only button setting that failed in certain conditions, among other corrections.
