Final Fantasy XIV will reopen its Fall Guys crossover on October 7, giving players three weeks to enter Blunderville shows and collect the event’s returning rewards. Square Enix has scheduled the run from 1 a.m. PDT on October 7 until 7:59 a.m. PDT on October 27.
What players need before entering
The crossover is not available to a brand-new character immediately. The official event notice requires level 15 and completion of one of three early main-scenario quests: “The Gridanian Envoy,” “The Ul’dahn Envoy” or “The Lominsan Envoy.” These are alternative requirements; finishing any one of them is enough.
Eligible characters begin with “It Could Happen to You,” obtained from the Well-heeled Youth in Ul’dah’s Steps of Nald at coordinates X:9.6, Y:9.0. Completing that quest opens airship travel to the Manderville Gold Saucer from the three starting city-states. Players who already cleared the collaboration quest during an earlier run can resume the event content without unlocking it again.
Blunderville and its rewards
Inside the Gold Saucer, the event sends participants through Blunderville shows inspired by Fall Guys obstacle courses. Square Enix says the available prizes include attire, a mount and framer’s kits. The event’s official page also explains that challengers earn Manderville Gold Saucer Fame, or MGF, which can be exchanged with the event trader.
This is a repeat of the previous collaboration rather than a newly designed version. That matters for returning players: the unlock carries over, while anyone missing rewards has another limited window to earn them. Square Enix has not announced additions to the reward pool in the September 30 notice.
The date is the firm deadline
The closing time is more specific than a simple October 27 end date. North American players have until 7:59 a.m. PDT that morning; Square Enix lists the equivalent as 2:59 p.m. GMT and 1:59 a.m. AEDT on October 28. Players planning a final session should use the published time rather than assume the activity remains open through local midnight.
Square Enix says the collaboration may return again at irregular intervals, but it has not provided the next window. For players who want a particular cosmetic or mount, the October run is the only confirmed opportunity.
