Delta Force has added a private duel option to Operations alongside limited ammunition, new Layali Grove activities, Warfare mechanics, and a short list of balance changes. Team Jade released the October 9 update without scheduled downtime.
Operations gets a direct 1v1 option
The new Let’s Fight mode allows two players to meet in a 1v1 duel. Each participant selects an Operator and enters with a custom loadout prepared outside the match. It is a focused side mode rather than a replacement for the extraction format, giving friends a controlled setting for testing equipment and fighting each other.
Two Layali Grove activities run through November 9. The Harmonica event sends players to Zola’s cave, where they can obtain an instrument and complete related missions for an avatar and supplies. Grove Angler introduces fishing through Ol’ Joe; its rewards require a clean evacuation with supplies after a Layali Grove match.
Temporary ammunition changes loadout choices
The Season-Exclusive Ammo event runs from October 10 through October 16. During that window, players can buy limited 7.62 x 51 mm LS and 5.7 x 28 mm HT rounds through the Auction House or find them at a low rate in ammunition crates. The LS round combines Level 5 penetration with higher muzzle velocity, but also raises vertical recoil. The HT rounds use lower penetration values and trade armor damage for a higher base damage multiplier.
Because these rounds are temporary, their availability should not be read as a permanent economy or weapon-balance change. Players planning expensive Operations loadouts should account for both the event deadline and the limited acquisition routes.
Warfare adds rescue play and balance adjustments
Warfare now lets players drag downed squadmates into safer positions before reviving them. The update also introduces custom Free Battlefield rooms and an event built around the revised Victory Unite mode. These additions remain tied to events that run through November 9.
The balance pass lowers the K437 assault rifle’s limb multiplier from 0.4 to 0.3. Mobile recoil changes affect the QJB201 light machine gun and M14 marksman rifle, while the Vulcan Cannon’s depression angle moves from minus five degrees to zero. Team Jade also fixed mobile touch-input interruptions in Detonation and several out-of-bounds locations on The Mog.
