Dead by Daylight’s Diablo Collection Is Live With Lilith, Mephisto, and Belial

Behaviour Interactive has released the Diablo Collection in Dead by Daylight, a crossover that drops Sanctuary’s most recognizable villains and heroes into the game’s one-versus-four horror matches as six cosmetic outfits. The launch leans on thirty years of Diablo horror, pulling the series’ demons and human heroes into The Fog, where every Dead by Daylight trial plays out.

The three Diablo demons land on the killer side. Lilith arrives as a Visceral Outfit for The Artist, while Mephisto and Belial arrive as Ascended Outfits for The Nurse and The Dredge. The announcement frames the trio around their Diablo titles, naming Lilith the Mother of Sanctuary, Mephisto the Lord of Hatred, and Belial the Lord of Lies.

On the survivor side, three characters receive Diablo class-inspired looks. David King gets The Barbarian’s Plight, Zarina Kassir gets The Sorcerer’s Perspective, and Taurie Cain gets The Necromancer’s Duty, with all three labeled Very Rare outfits.

Caroline Faber, Steve Blum, and Ray Porter return to voice Lilith, Mephisto, and Belial in Dead by Daylight. That means the outfits carry the Diablo characters’ performances rather than the default audio of The Artist, The Nurse, and The Dredge. Behaviour did not state whether the returning actors recorded new lines for this crossover or whether existing audio was repurposed.

The collection is cosmetic in nature. The Steam announcement lists six outfits and three returning voice actors and does not mention any new killer power, perk, map, or mechanical change. The killers keep their existing abilities, and the survivors keep the same run, hide, and repair loop as every other survivor. The crossover therefore changes how characters look and sound, not how a match plays.

Several details remain undisclosed. The post does not list a price in Auric Cells or real money, does not include a statement from Blizzard, and does not specify which platforms the collection is available on beyond the news appearing on Steam. It also does not confirm any reciprocal Diablo IV content.
